I LOVE Thanksgiving!

It's a time when my heart opens and I take extra time to remember the people, events and situations that I am truly grateful for - including you!

This Thanksgiving, I invite you to pause for a few quiet moments to not only think about who and what you're grateful for, but why.

Grab your journal and jot down why you appreciate:

  • Yourself - What traits make you, you, and how do they contribute to your purpose?
  • Your parents -  Which specific experiences with them shaped who you are today?
  • Animals - Did you first learn unconditional love from a family pet?
  • Travels -  How has visitng new places shifted your perspective?
  • Learning - Which teachers, classes or texts have influenced your life?

Add other categories as you think of them!

Share this exercise with family and friends. Use it as a conversation starter around the holiday table or spark a meaningful discussion in an email or on social media.  

The more I embrace genuine gratitude, the more deeply I feel connected to love. 

Now that's something to celebrate.
