Terms and Conditions

All events, gatherings, classes, and sessions in the Empowered Spiritual Path
Membership are intended to support personal and spiritual growth only. Those participating in the sessions must be 18 years or older.

Information provided during sessions is not a substitute for medical, mental health, financial, health or legal advice by a qualified professional. Always consult the appropriate professional for specific issues. Use of any information offered within the session/class is at the member’s sole discretion and risk.

Neither Diane L Haworth, Magic Meadows LLC or any of her subcontractors can be held responsible for any loss, claim, or damage (legal, financial, medical, and/or anything else) arising out of the use or misuse of the suggestions made, the failure to take professional advice, or any material suggested on third-party websites.

In addition, neither Diane L Haworth, Magic Meadows LLC or any of her subcontractors are responsible for widespread acts, natural or human-generated, that negatively affect
access to internet services. In the case of such an outage, the Member Portal will be updated, and sessions will resume as soon as humanly possible.

Your Personal Information

Your information will only be collected by registering for our services. We will never share your personal information with a third party. You may opt out of the e-mail list at any time. If you opt out of our e-mail list, all auto-generated emails will stop. Please note you will also no longer receive emails specific to your program.

Your data is used to:

• Process your financial transactions or update that information as necessary. 
• Send emails related to programs you’ve purchased, plus timely company news.

Occasionally, Diane shares links to resources she feels would be pertinent to discussions. When you click a link and visit a third-party site, we are not responsible for the content or the separate and unique Privacy Policy they may have.  

Changes to the Policy

We reserve the right to change the policy at any time without notice and will be in effect
immediately upon posting.

Payments & Cancellations

The Empowered Spiritual Path is a subscription membership. Once you choose a monthly or yearly payment, that payment will automatically renew unless you cancel the renewal at least 7 days prior.

We are a US-based organization and accept all fees in US dollars ($). All major credit cards are accepted; please note that we do not have access to your credit card information, as this is completed through a 3rd party secure provider.

Members are responsible for any fees associated with international payments or transfers.

Refunds

Once you have subscribed to our membership groups or programs, you can unsubscribe and receive a full no-questions-asked refund within 30 days of your purchase. After this point, no refunds will be issued.
